TonWise operates the TonWise Telegram Bot and Mini App (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. DATA WE COLLECT

• Telegram User ID — to identify your account
• Telegram username and first name — for personalization
• TON wallet addresses you submit — to perform security analysis
• Subscription status — to manage Premium access

We do NOT collect passwords, private keys, or seed phrases.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

• To analyze TON wallet addresses for security risks
• To send real-time alerts about monitored wallets
• To manage your Premium subscription
• To improve detection accuracy

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. ON-CHAIN DATA

TonWise analyzes publicly available blockchain data on the TON network. All on-chain data is public by nature of the blockchain.

4. DATA STORAGE

Your data is stored securely in the Netherlands (DigitalOcean AMS3) with HTTPS/TLS encryption. Wallet analysis results are cached for up to 24 hours.

5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

• TONAPI — for TON blockchain data
• OpenAI — for AI-powered analysis
• Telegram — for bot and Mini App delivery
• TG Analytics — for anonymous usage statistics

6. YOUR RIGHTS

• Request access to data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Opt out of wallet monitoring via /unwatch command

7. CHILDREN

TonWise is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
